Emergency Roadside Assistance is available
throughout the United States,Canada and
Puerto Rico 24-hours a day, 365 days a year.
You only have to pay for covered costs in
excess of your per occurrence maximum.
The Following Are Covered Emergencies
Towing
When towing is necessary, your vehicle will be towed to the service facility of your choice.
Battery Service
If a battery failure occures, a jump-start will be provided to start your vehicle.
Flat Tire Assistance
Service consists of the removal of the flat tire and its replacement with
your spare tire. If the disabled vehicle has no inflated spare, or if it has two or more
flat tires, the vehicle will be towed subject to the program limits.
Gasoline, Oil, Fluid and Water Delivery Service
An emergency supply of gasoline, oil, fluid and water will be delivered to your
vehicle when
in immediate need. You must pay for the fuel or other fluid when it is delivered.
Lockout Assistance
When your keys are locked inside your vehicle or you
have lost them, we will provide assistance into gaining entry to your vehicle.
